    Class Descriptions & Entrance

    A 30 minute workout targeting the hips & knee to provide a challenge for the lower body muscles strengthening this powerhouse area. Class format: 3 minute warm-up, 24 minutes of conditioning, finishing with 3 minutes of mobility. 


    Equipment: Loop Band, Dumbbells(3-12lbs), Mat.

    Studio Entrance

    A 30 (or 45) minute workout designed to make your daily activities easier. Exercises are combination movements of both upper & lower body while the core holds its own or assists in body rotation. 


     Equipment: Dumbbells (3-12lbs), Mat.  The extended 45 minute class will progress your fitness level.

    A 30 minute workout designed to sequence progress every week to form fun, easy to follow, musically inspired cardio workouts
